What we collect
Your name, phone number and, for delivery, your district, area and address. If you pay by bank transfer, the receipt you upload. We also keep what you ordered and when.
Why we use it
To prepare, deliver or hand over your order, to confirm payment and to send you order updates on WhatsApp. We do not use your details for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the Adellia Collection team: staff who pack your order and the driver who delivers it. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for up to 7 years for our accounts. Payment receipts are kept for up to 1 year. Ask us and we remove your contact details earlier where the law allows.
Your order link
Your order page shows your title and first name (for example Hjh Siti), your items and the order status. Anyone with the link can see it, so only share it with people you trust. Your phone number and address are never shown there.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Your cart is kept only in this browser.
